Shillong: The Border Security Force (BSF) Meghalaya has apprehended one Bangladeshi national near the International border of West Garo Hills district.
Acting on specific info, the vigilant troops of the 100 Bn BSF Meghalaya on October 10, successfully apprehended one Bangladeshi national, identified as Md Rabibul Islam Robin
Robin is a resident of Sherpur district, Bangladesh.
The individual was detained near the International Border while attempting to illegally infiltrate into Indian territory. The apprehended individual was handed over to Police Station Dalu for further investigation.
